20" Cast Aluminum Kamado Charcoal Grill

The cast molded exhaust cap offers precise heat control without the usual risk of falling off or breaking. The pre-installed lid hinge with lift assistance allows for easy opening, while the tongue and groove sealing of the lid to the body eliminates the need for a gasket and provides excellent heat retention with no seepage.

The 20" diameter, 12mm-thick 304 grade stainless steel hex shaped cooking grid provides exceptional heat retention and beautiful sear marks. The hexagonal shape gives the food more surface contact with the cooking surface, providing bolder sear marks for a more robust caramelized flavor.  The unique hinged sides of the cooking grate allow you to easily add fuel without removing the entire grate. The mid-level 18" stainless steel cooking grate allows you to cook closer to the fire but is also a good spot to place a drip pan or a heat deflector for indirect cooking. At the bottom of the kamado firebox, you'll find a removable stainless steel ash pan with handles for hassle-free cleanup.  The lid features a large temperature gauge with markings for smoking, roasting, and searing, allowing you to easily monitor cooking temperatures. The included cast aluminum feet offer stability should you choose to use the aluminum kamado grill in your outdoor kitchen island instead of the optional grill cart.
