The full-bark logs of this Aged Hickory™ log set from Monessen® resemble found broken wood rather than freshly cut logs. A tinge of char on the larger sections make it look like the burn has been going for awhile. The yellow flames of the Ember Blaze™ burner system outputs up to 38,000 BTU of heat over ceramic fiber logs and a glowing bed of burning "embers" and lava rock "ash."
Designed to fit fireboxes 28-1/2" wide (22-1/2" at the rear) or larger. Installs in both gas factory-built metal fireboxes and masonry fireplaces with a flue -- if your fireplace has a flue or chimney you will have to lock it shut and make sure that your room has proper ventilation.
A Millivolt™ equipped electronic ignition system comes standard. The system draws power from a thermocouple inside the pilot light, no outside electricity needed. This log set can be easily upgraded to use a variety of remote controls from the Ambient Technologies® line of heater control systems.

The dual purpose safety pilot system protects against oxygen depletion and any interruption in the fuel supply. If either occurs, it shuts off the gas flow to the burner turning the heater off. FIVE YEAR WARRANTY The following components are warranted five (5) years to the original owner, subject of proof of purchase: Ceramic Fiber Logs. BASIC WARRANTY MHSC warrants the components and materials in your gas appliance to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two years from date of installation. After installation, if any of the components manufactured by MHSC in the appliance are found to be defective in materials or workmanship, MHSC will, at its option, replace or repair the defective components at no charge to the original owner. MHSC will also pay for reasonable labor costs incurred in replacing or repairing such components for a period of two years from date of installation. Any products presented for warranty repair must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. This Limited Lifetime Warranty will be void if the appliance in not installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the installation instructions. BEFORE PURCHASING, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: This product must ship LTL freight and a signature is required for delivery. Please be sure to inspect the all freight shipments carefully and note any damages or missing items on the delivery receipt. In the event of possible concealed damage, customers MUST write "Pending Inspection" next to their signature on the delivery receipt. Failure to write "Pending Inspection" on the delivery receipt will bar the customer from recovery for undiscovered/concealed damage, after the fact. Replacing the glass was a breeze
This is my first time doing business with FastReplacementglass.com, and I am impressed with their customer care, they actually care!!!!. I have talked to Kimberly in person twice and communicated via email more than a couple of times in regards to getting a replacement glass for my fire-place glass bi-fold doors. Actually the glass procurement was the fast and easy part, and it came fast with accurate dimensions finished with a pencil edge that matched the other glass panels perfectly. The challenge after receiving the replacement glass was to find the proper gasket to replace the old used gaskets. Kimberly is very knowledgeable and has solutions for unique problem jobs like mine turned out to be.
I must say the ladies in customer service really do go above and beyond. They have been quick to respond and extremely helpful. I can not wait to get my concrete bowls and install them. Thank you Dana and Lindsey for great service.
