Very Good Packaging
The Fireplace Doors arrived yesterday afternoon and they were very well packaged. I installed the fireplace doors this morning and I am pleased with the way the finish was protected and how the installation went. Everything went smoothly.
Very fast processing and shipping of my order. Would definitely order from them again!
From the first moment I interacted with Dana she was nothing but professional, courteous and more than a little helpful. Dana never failed to reply to an email or answer a question. She kept me apprised of my order and her follow through was fantastic. I never felt alone during this process.
Fire pit has small flame
When I put my fire pit glass on top of the orafice, it seems like the glass is covering the hole/ports and the fire is very sporadic which is limiting the heat from the pit. Any suggestions on what I can do?
Ron helped me out very well on the phone (assistance with measuring). I was impressed with his follow-up too.
