Imagine a four foot long solid wall of flame hovering over a pool of water. Now stop imagining, and start installing!
Twin inline burners submerge in a reflecting pool, linear fountain, or water basin to create a new take on the traditional fire pit. When the electronic valve system is turned on, the jet ports begin to produce bubbles which float to the top where the automatic pilot light (the only part that sits above the water) activates, lighting the fuel. This creates two lines of fire that merge into a single, flowing flame over the lightly churning surface.
Rated for both freshwater and saltwater, and designed for reliability. Water is kept from entering the gas line via a check valve that stays closed until fuel pressure is applied via the high tech ignition system.
The whole thing is powered by an electronic ignition system that controls the flow of fuel to the components. Just connect to the fuel line and a 24 volt AC power source (like a pool timer, or a 110~120 volt AC home source with a 24 volt transformer, not included), and as soon as it gets power it will turn on the gas and light it automatically. Even if the wind blows it out, the on-board sensor will detect the flame and try to light it again. If the gas is turned off or the power goes out, the system will power down until it has access to both fuel sources.
There are two types of electronic ignition for you to choose from: A SUBmersible Electronic Ignition System (SUBEIS) that mounts right to the manifold and sets in the water, and an Automated Fire On Water (AFOW) ignition that sets outside of the feature up to twenty feet (20') away for easier access and maintenance.
It uses your choice of natural gas or liquid propane fuel.
Benefits and features:
Proudly made in the USA
Once the electronic ignition system is turned on (SUBEIS shown), the gas will flow through the manifold, out of the water, and into the air.
After a few moments, the pilot light will turn on, igniting the gas that is escaping over the water.
The result is that the flame will hover over the water, stopping at the waterline, keeping the manifold and electronics protected from the heat.
There are two different ignition systems that you can choose to start the gas on your submersible manifold. While the two systems operate identically for the most part, they install quite differently.
The SUBmersible Electronic Ignition System (SUBEIS) has a sealed electronic valve system that is designed to be submerged in the water. The manifold attaches directly to the SUBEIS.
The Automated Fire On Water (AFOW) ignition system is not sealed and must be installed outside of the water feature. The pilot igniter's wire and gas line can be ordered up to 20 feet long.
It's recommended that you install it 1/2" to 2" below the surface of the water. The closer you install the manifold to the surface of the water, the better the performance you will get.
Do not run manifold without it being submersed in water! The heat could damage the check valve and electronics.
These products require minimum 0.5 psi to operate. If you install the manifold deeper than recommended you may need a higher pressure line. You will need to get a high pressure regulator installed to the fire feature with a pressure regulated spring rated at 3 - 6 PSI. For natural gas installation you require a high output meter, usually supplied by your gas provider at no cost to you. For propane installation you will need a high output regulator, usually supplied by your gas provider. It has to be rated for at least 3 PSI and up.
All manifolds are shipped with a check valve that prevents backwash.
The manifold is made out of 316 stainless steel, and is rated to resist saltwater and corrosion.
These features require the use an AFOW or SUBEIS electronic ignition to light. These systems act as both the gas valve and the ignition, and are perfect for manifolds that are mounted in the middle of large bodies of water. ALWAYS STAND UPWIND WHEN LIGHTING ANY FIRE FEATURE!
It is the buyer's responsibility to check local codes, restrictions and enforcement for installations. Units must be installed by a local licensed contractor. CAN NOT BE USED INDOORS!
NO. The parts are configured, sealed and powder coated in a specific configuration to meet safety standards, but there's good news: Larger sizes and different shapes are available for custom order. Please contact our office at 1-888-986-1535 if you need something special.
There is a one year warranty on the stainless steel material. The replacement tips have a 3 month warranty and can be ordered at any time. With proper maintenance, the tips should last for up to 2 years, depending on the hardness of the water. The system is very durable and is built to last.
Usually ships in 5-10 Business Days.
Due to the custom nature of this product, it is not returnable.

Thank you for responding and extending a discount offer to me. I'm so very impressed by your concern for just one customer, thanks. Also thank you for the advice about what may happen if we shut the doors completely.
All I can say is WOW, ordered my glass on Sunday they processed it on Monday my wife called me Tuesday evening saying it had arrived at our house. It couldn't fit in the door any better I'm very pleased and I'll definitely order anything else I might need in the future from cjs. Thanks
Thank you!!! What great response!!! I appreciate the quickness and the service of your company!!!
Finally got to use these doors
I got my fireplace doors, and I just wanted to say thanks! They look fantastic, work perfectly, so simple to install. I couldn't be any happier! Thanks so much for all your help with getting the right doors for my particular fireplace. We all gathered around the fireplace this afternoon and enjoyed the fire and the doors!!
I am REALLY pleased! The picture of it does not do it justice. That is the prettiest piece of wood, and a contractor doing some work in my home said that the grain in the edge looks just like Damascus steel. I do wish the pic could give you a better indication of what I will enjoy for the rest of my life!
