Heat flows from the top of this firebox with four solid feat of luminous flames, and you can have it installed in less than an hour. This Slimline™ from Napoleon® has a broad 60" facing of glossy black glass with a 48" clear glass window in the enter to show off realistic flames that are a simple illusion created by projecting Light Emitting Diodes (LED) onto an animated reflective flame pattern to produce "fire."
Why is this fireplace so great? You don't have to run gas lines, you don't have to put it in an area with venting (like a chimney), and best of all, you don't have to worry about being burned by the flames. The blower draws in cool air from below into the heating element, then blown out of the top to quickly heat a large room up to 400 square feet.
Thanks to two included mounting kits, you don't even have to commit unless you want to: A recessed kit is included for permanent framing, but a wall bracket mount is also included if you just want to hang it temporarily.

Thank you for the quick reply. I was successful installing my fireplace door this morning by adding a couple of washers between the bracket and bolt/screw supplied. I really am thrilled with the quality, craftsmanship, and ease of installation. Maybe this tip will help others if they find themselves in a similar situation.

From the first moment I interacted with Dana she was nothing but professional, courteous and more than a little helpful. Dana never failed to reply to an email or answer a question. She kept me apprised of my order and her follow through was fantastic. I never felt alone during this process.
Hello, I got your glass today and installed it. I was impressed in how easy it was to put the plugs in that hold the glass in place – nice engineering there. I bought the wrong color – see the attached picture (the new pane is 2nd from left) – it should be lighter. I’ll replace it sometime before I move out; in the mean time it’s a warning to not leave the fire unattended. Thanks for the great packaging, too – I can use that cardboard in projects so it’s going to be reused.
