Manufacturer warrants that for a period of 6 months from date of shipment, the equipment, product(s) and part(s) (collectively referred to herein as "Product") will be, under normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship provided, however, that this warranty does not cover, and manufacturer shall not be liable for, any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, substitution of non-manufacturer Parts component(s) part(s) or product(s), improper storage, or other misuse. All warranty claims must be made in accordance with "Warranty Claims" below.
CJ’s Hearth & Home agrees to assign to Customer whatever rights CJ’s Hearth & Home may have under any warranty, expressed or implied, of any supplier or manufacturer of product(s) sold by CJ’s Hearth & Home but not manufactured by CJ’s Hearth & Home, to the extent assignable.
CJ’s Hearth & Home's entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy under this warranty will be to repair, or at CJ’s Hearth & Home’s option, to replace without charge, any product(s) which CJ’s Hearth & Home determines to be defective within the scope of this warranty.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To make a warranty claim, Customer must comply with the procedures stated herein, which are designed to protect both the Customer and CJ’s Hearth & Home . Customer must call a CJ’s Hearth & Home representative to place warranty claim. Equipment, part(s) or product(s) returned for warranty without proper authorization will be returned to Customer at the Customers expense.
Upon calling CJ’s Hearth & Home, a representative will determine whether Customer should ship the equipment, part(s) or product(s) to CJ’s Hearth & Home. Upon receiving the item(s), CJ’s Hearth & Home will perform a inspection of the equipment, part(s) or product(s) and will determine whether there is a defect covered by warranty. If there is a defect covered by warranty, CJ’s Hearth & Home will pay for the shipping of the return and/or replacement. If CJ’s Hearth & Home determines that the equipment, part(s) or product(s) are not covered under the warranty, Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges

Glass had to be resized to meet order once. Customer service was amazing. Unfortunately the glass was not. Even with the resizing and additional information provided the glass failed to meet the specifications required. Although the company was amazing to work with, I will have to go somewhere else with my business.
Make sure you know before buying anything from Fireside Expressions that they will charge you 35% for any returns, even if the box is unopened. They don't have to do a lot of sales, they meet their targeted revenue from restocking fees. FIRESIDEXPRESSIONS ANSWER: Dear Ms. Lynch, Firesidexpressions does not charge restocking fees to make money. Restocking fees are charged by manufacturers and vendors to cover the costs of re-entering items into inventory, inspecting the items and re-boxing them in new boxes and filing the paperwork. We also must pay the re-stocking fees if we don’t normally stock items. By the way, I know that the BBB did pass along our offer to share the restocking fees and lower your rate to 25%. They told us that you did not think that was good enough.
Samantha was great! I forgot to email her as I promised. My doors came and they were wrong. She worked with me and stayed in contact and got the right ones delivered. Finally got to use these doors
I got my fireplace doors, and I just wanted to say thanks! They look fantastic, work perfectly, so simple to install. I couldn't be any happier! Thanks so much for all your help with getting the right doors for my particular fireplace. We all gathered around the fireplace this afternoon and enjoyed the fire and the doors!!
