A chimney's increased length of flue pipe is known as a flue extension. The flue is a conduit that exits a furnace or stove and goes outside the structure. Dangerous gases, smoke, and soot exit a fire through the flue. The flue extension, which can be made of clay tile, galvanized metal, or tin, is frequently used to increase the draft of an existing flue pipe.
The draft is better when the chimney is taller. But regrettably, chimneys and flues aren't often constructed to the right specifications and heights to generate an adequate airflow. To elevate the top of the flue into a different air flow and restore the proper draft to the chimney, a flue extension may be necessary.

Installs on chimney where no flue is extending or flue is too short; Tapcon screws are included.
