All warranty submissions must be made by the purchaser on record.

IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT DEFECT OR ANY WARRANTY RELATED ISSUE, CUSTOMERS CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT(S), AND MUST FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM.

Once your claim has been received, it will be forwarded to the manufacturer. Please provide as much information as possible, including the product serial numbers.
