Flame modulating valve kit allows you to adjust the flame hight with remote control. Our kits come with all the fittings needed for a quick and easy install to most standard type gas log burners. Kits can be installed laying down or standing up. You still need to light the pilot manually.
Manufacturer warrants that for a period of 6 months from date of shipment, the equipment, product(s) and part(s) (collectively referred to herein as "Product") will be, under normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship provided, however, that this warranty does not cover, and manufacturer shall not be liable for, any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, substitution of non-manufacturer Parts component(s) part(s) or product(s), improper storage, or other misuse. All warranty claims must be made in accordance with "Warranty Claims" below.
CJ’s Hearth & Home agrees to assign to Customer whatever rights CJ’s Hearth & Home may have under any warranty, expressed or implied, of any supplier or manufacturer of product(s) sold by CJ’s Hearth & Home but not manufactured by CJ’s Hearth & Home, to the extent assignable.
CJ’s Hearth & Home's entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy under this warranty will be to repair, or at CJ’s Hearth & Home’s option, to replace without charge, any product(s) which CJ’s Hearth & Home determines to be defective within the scope of this warranty.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To make a warranty claim, Customer must comply with the procedures stated herein, which are designed to protect both the Customer and CJ’s Hearth & Home . Customer must call a CJ’s Hearth & Home representative to place warranty claim. Equipment, part(s) or product(s) returned for warranty without proper authorization will be returned to Customer at the Customers expense.
Upon calling CJ’s Hearth & Home, a representative will determine whether Customer should ship the equipment, part(s) or product(s) to CJ’s Hearth & Home. Upon receiving the item(s), CJ’s Hearth & Home will perform a inspection of the equipment, part(s) or product(s) and will determine whether there is a defect covered by warranty. If there is a defect covered by warranty, CJ’s Hearth & Home will pay for the shipping of the return and/or replacement. If CJ’s Hearth & Home determines that the equipment, part(s) or product(s) are not covered under the warranty, Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges

Replacing the glass was a breeze
This is my first time doing business with FastReplacementglass.com, and I am impressed with their customer care, they actually care!!!!. I have talked to Kimberly in person twice and communicated via email more than a couple of times in regards to getting a replacement glass for my fire-place glass bi-fold doors. Actually the glass procurement was the fast and easy part, and it came fast with accurate dimensions finished with a pencil edge that matched the other glass panels perfectly. The challenge after receiving the replacement glass was to find the proper gasket to replace the old used gaskets. Kimberly is very knowledgeable and has solutions for unique problem jobs like mine turned out to be.
Glass was broken in transit... BUT!
Glass showed up broken for some unknown reason. No questions asked these guys shipped me a new one right away! Great company. Glass fits perfectly.
I am REALLY pleased! The picture of it does not do it justice. That is the prettiest piece of wood, and a contractor doing some work in my home said that the grain in the edge looks just like Damascus steel. I do wish the pic could give you a better indication of what I will enjoy for the rest of my life!
