A large wood-burning fireplace is a great source of heat... maybe too good. Let me explain: It can be hard to find a large enough fireplace grate to hold the logs in a stable position. Get one too small, and you'll have to use smaller logs that won't make the most of the fire. Get one large enough and now you're faced with the problem of weakness -- the larger it is, the more welds will be likely to break in the heat of a larger fire.
Well, fret no more, friend! This massive 28" Lifetime™ log grate from Custom Firescreen Inc® is wide enough for large fireplaces. It's flat basket is made from high quality inch-thick steel bars that are welded together for the high-temperature fire of larger logs. Extra center legs make it able to hold heavy logs without any warping. Still not convinced? It comes with a lifetime warranty that covers regular use.

GREAT PRICES!! fit in my budget.
Awesome service and product, couldn't be happier. The custom doors that I ordered fit like a glove and came earlier than expected. If you need replacement or custom made doors for your fireplace, get them here.
Just wanted to let you know we (finally) received the correct grate. Please extend Marcy our thanks – she was very helpful throughout this!
I was concerned that the glass wouldnt be real ceramic, but it is. it only took them 3 days to get it cut and delivered. it took 2 weeks when i ordered from woodland last year. much better job at cjs. thanks
I am REALLY pleased! The picture of it does not do it justice. That is the prettiest piece of wood, and a contractor doing some work in my home said that the grain in the edge looks just like Damascus steel. I do wish the pic could give you a better indication of what I will enjoy for the rest of my life!
