Description
With the Empire 27" Archway 1700 Wood Burning Fireplace Insert, you can stop heat from escaping through the chimney of your old fireplace. Ideal for smaller homes or rooms, this thick steel wood burning insert is easy to use thanks to the one-lever air control used to adjust the burn rate. The firebrick-lined Archway 1700 Wood Burning Insert also comes with an included blower to circulate heat back into the room and an air wash system that is designed to keep the ceramic clean. The secondary combustion process, which filters the combustion smoke and renders it pollution-free, is catalyzed by a high-heat ceramic baffle. The easy-to-remove no-mess ash pan gathers ash from the fire. The necessary door overlay is offered in black or nickel finishes to elegantly match any décor. The necessary surround comes in two sizes and creates the look of a real wood-burning fireplace. For many years to come, this simple-to-use non-catalytic insert will aid in heating your house.
